The clinic processes your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. What data is processed through this website

This website is a showcase site. It contains no contact form, no comment section and no online appointment booking. We therefore collect no data that you would enter yourself.

Only the following is processed automatically:

• Connection data recorded by the server: IP address, date and time of visit, pages viewed, browser type and operating system;
• Technical cookies necessary for the website to function (language preference, security);
• Cookies set by Google Maps when the location map is displayed.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Ensuring the operation, security and stability of the website (server logs, technical cookies) — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Remembering your language choice (FR / NL / EN) — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Displaying the Google Maps location map — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

No data is used for commercial prospecting, profiling or targeted advertising.

• Server connection logs: 12 months maximum;

9. Patient health data

The medical data of our patients (dental records, medical history, imaging, correspondence with colleagues) never passes through this website. It is processed exclusively within the clinic, as part of the care relationship, and is protected by professional secrecy (Art. 458 of the Belgian Criminal Code) and by the Act of 22 April 2019 on the quality of healthcare practice.

10. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the administration area is restricted, password-protected and limited to authorised persons. Software is kept up to date.
